Ate: "The Kortako" - three tacos [corn tortilla] filled with skirt steak, iceberg lettuce, tomato salsa, sesame ginger coleslaw & bulgogi mayo
Art’s Rating: 3 / 4 jalapeños
The Korean-Mexican tacos have been quite the rave the past few years. In LA, there's Kogi and here in NYC, there's Korilla BBQ. To my surprise, a new place opened around the corner from my work and thought I would give it a try.
Overall, it was great - perfectly spicy, the steak was juicy, and coleslaw added a perfect crunch. It may be too spicy for some, but I enjoyed the burn. I definitely will come back here.
